 Abdul Salaam is a longtime resident of Baltimore City, dedicating over 25 years of service to youth and the community. Abdul is a proud Alum of Morgan State University. Abdul studied psychology and entrepreneurship at MSU. Abdul Salaam is Founder and Partner of K.E.Y.S Development Therapeutic Alliance, an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic that specializes in youth urban development. Along with partners and staff, Abdul emphasizes the intafication engagement approach incorporating family, community, and therapy into reaching human development.  With over 20 years of experience in Mental Health, Abdul has created, implemented, maintained various programs practicing mental health 

Mujahid Muhammad a native of Newark, New Jersey is a highly respected licensed Clinician dedicated to delivering “Person Centered Servicing” with a holistic balance of advocacy, activism and mentorship. In the early years of his academic tenure at Morgan State studying psychology he gained transformative knowledge of self and purpose. Under the mentorship of two elder professors Mr. Muhammad was able

to accept the importance of using his experiences to navigate through an educational and social system that did not promote advocacy for social, political or systematic institutional change. Mr. Muhammad acquired his graduate degree in clinical social work from the University of Maryland and became a certified trainer through Cornell University. He served as a clinician in the Baltimore City school system, the University of Maryland, and several other prominent organizations.
